I am in menapause and it seems that the only time I have a period is after sex. I am using a low dose estrogen cream that seems to make be crampy, but Dr. discounts my theory that the cream could be causing this. I also use replens sometimes which seems to eliminate the bleeding after sex. I'm worried. What can I do?
