My teeth have gotten significantly discolored, behind them.

My teeth have gotten significantly discolored, behind them. Also, my gum line is having painful issues, and I grind them. Are they going to fall out? There is a bit of receding as well.

It sounds like you have a case of TMJ which stands for tempomandibular joint disease. Do you ever wake up with an earache? Does your jaws ache at certain times of the day? If you move your mouth from side to side, do you feel any clicking?
