I am being treated for both a UTI and a yeast infection. I was prescribed Diflucan and Trimethoprim which I started taking on 10/13. Since then, the pain and redness of my labia area has not gotten any better and actually seems to be getting worse. The labia and clitoris are very inflamed and have cracks in the skin. When I urinate, the pain is excrutiating because of the urine hitting the open skin. I have tried Monistat cream, putting liquid acedopholis on the area, Lotrimin, and now A+D Diaper rash treatment, none of which seem to be working. Last night, the skin actually started bleeding. Hopefully you can help?
