what to do about constant canker sores, My sister has a autoimmune disease related to ankalosing spondolitis, and has constant canker sores that she cannot seem to find a way to get rid of. She goes to a specialist, but they seem to be stumped. They ask her to take vitamin B1, but she has taken it a few weeks now and no relief. any advice?

My Mom had this same problem until she stopped using toothpaste and mouth wash that contained Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Read the labels, under the "inactive" ingredients make sure it does not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.
