Every now and them for the past month, when I go poop, I wipe to find some bright red fresh blood. It only happens when it is a HUGE poop. I can usually tell if the bloods gonna be there before I wipe. There is also a small amount of blood along one side of the poop as if it picked up some of the blood on the way out. pretty sure it's not hemrroids, but what could it be. i head something about a fissure? please help.
