wisdom teeth

I had my top wisdom teeth pulled 7 days ago. One side is fine and almost sealed up. He had problems getting the other one out and now theres a big hole where the tooth is that looks never ending. It doesnt hurt hardly at all but feels kinda sensative. Almost feels like Im having sinus problems on that side a little. Is this normal and will I be ok?
