Ok I am a virgin and I have like little bumps that go all the way around the head of my penis but I had them as long as i could remeber and I hear dit could be herpes zoster but it said to break out then go away then come back later down the line but mines dont break out cuz its all ways there it sounds strange but it doesnt go away
