I have a question that has been bothering me for quite some time now. I have these brown patchy spots that are dry and seem to peel skin when you scrub hard enough and it is located on my chest area, under my arms and really bad around my neck. I asked a doctor about this and she responded to say that it was just my ethnic origin. They dont hurt and ive had it for just a few years. and it seems to be spreading very slowly. do you have a second opinion on what this could be?
