back pain

I am 22 years old and i have government funded health insurance, i went to my doctor over back pain i had an MRI done and they are saying nothing is wrong i asked for a second opinion and they refferd me to an orthopedic doc. 2 months from now the pain is in my right lower back it hurts so bad that it almost brings me to tears my entire right leg feels as though it is "asleep" all the time i;ve had 3 children and an injury on the job where i severly bruised my tailbone i just really want to know if it sounds as though there is something wrong and it is not all in my head
