My husband breaks out in a full sweat all the time today the aircondit

My husband suffers from profuse sweating summer , winter in doors out doors and can't even make it out the door to go to work without having to bring a shirt change most days. LOng sleeves short sleeves or sleevless it doesn't matter even his head is drenched. What should we do? He has seen our family doctor but that hasn't helped
We live near Phila., Pa. What can we do?

Already Tried:
A while ago we went to a endocrinologist but he did not do any tests and just said it was his bodies way of regulating his body temperture, It is worse then ever now
