My 6-month old baby has a small brown spot on top

My 6-month old baby has a small brown spot on top of his hand. His doctor sent us to a dermatologist. The result was mastocytoma. This place appeared on his hand when he was 2 months old. He is now 6 months old and now this place looks like a blister. What can I do, thye do not want to drain the fluid like place and if it ruptures...will the fluid spread, it is harmful...do I need a second opinion or what? Please advice.
