My 18 month old son throws up at least once

My 18 month old son throws up at least once a day. He is on Prevacid and has a GI doctor, but are there other possible causes to persistant vomiting besides acid reflux? It is entire meals that he vomits. What other doctor could I visit besides a GI? Please help we need other avenues thank you-
