Since you know your BP sugar is fine and from information you gave, the pressure on your ears can cause dizziness. It may be turning into an ear infection, but with the sinus infection and pressure on your ears you should try sudafed or some other brand for sinus relief. Take Ibuprofen for pain and inflammation. If you are no better Monday, you should make an appt with your doctor, you may need an antibiotic, but I think if you can get sudafed you will start to feel better. You can also try to take a hot shower or at least sit in the bathroom while the hot water run which the steam may help break up some of that sinus and allow it drain a bit or at least take the pressure off some.

If you get any other symptoms that don't feel right, then by all means you may want to call your doctor before Monday.

Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *accept* button!

Hi DC

Is it possible that you are a bit dehydrated? If you had diarrhea or vomiting with the food poisoning, that can really take away the body's fliud stores. You can try some gatorade, which will replenish any minerals you are missing in your system, as well get you the fluids that you need.

I also agree with Lindie that it could be caused by the sinus difficulties you are having. It is possible you have some fluid in your ears as well. Or, your eustachian tubes are inflammed and won't let the fluid drain. Our equalibrium is controlled in our middle ears, so that's the first place your doctor would look for a problem as well.

I hope this helps!
