I have a headache... I feel like something is in my nose so ...

I have a headache... I feel like something is in my nose so I blow my nose and all of a sudden my nose bleeds for like 3 minutes and my headache intensifies then it will stop bleeding for a little bit and starts up again. I think i may have a sinuses infection
