I have had ringing in my ears for over a year now, very loud (sounds like an alarm clock) recently I have been experiencing what seems to be ocular migraines as well as smelling something burning constantly... this is all driving me crazy... any ideas?

Hello

I think you need to see a neurologist to rule out such things as a tumor, or unusual EEG (brain waves). Also rule out sinus infection or ear infection.
