i have had this headache for 2 days now, it feels like my skull is crushing down onto my brain?
and in the back of my thorought (up top) it hurts when i swallow, my neck hurts bad at times and sometimes when i bend my head down i feel a really painfull pressure in my head.. i was woundering if you could tell me if its serious, or if i could get some over the counter medicin?
