I have had a headache for the last 13 days behind my left ...

I have had a headache for the last 13 days behind my left eye and it is accompanied by a slight ear ache. Is this just a sinus infection or could it be something more serious? I have been taking Advil which temporarily relieves the pain but then it always comes back.
