pain all over neck, numbness and tingling below elbow on left arm and extremely tired, wants to sleep all time. Individual is 35yr old female overweight but active with a history of asthma, HBP and PCOS

Hello, Does she work on computer for long hours? Does she has problem in breathing? Any family history of heart disease? Any history of injury?

does no computor work. She has breathing problems at times with asthma. Also mother had a stroke at age 36. Mother is now 55. No history of injury

Her symptoms can be due to nerve compression, in cervical spine. It can further cause numbness in arm and elbow. Other reason an be cervical radiculopathy. Also numbness in left arm, should always be evaluated for heart disease. She need to have a EKG done.She can take Anti-inflammatory painkiller like tab Motrin 400mg, but it is time to see Physician, so that proper management can be done.
