started having severe shooting pain in ...

started having severe shooting pain in testicles.experiencing fatigue and weakness.partial numbness in right hand.joint pains in hip,ankle,shoulders,and toes.sleeping problem.occasional stomach problems.depresion.having severe pain in jaw,
been diagnosed w/tmj,taking 900mg daily for testicle pain,typical pain medication had no effect for the pain.
burning in right arm muscle.
im a 37 yr old male.hadnt needed medical help for 17 yrs,and have been to 9 doctors in the last 7 months.
please help!!!!!!!!!!

have seen 2 urologist.the 2nd decided i had a nerve condition so i was sent to a pain management place,where the doc. put me on neurotin.its controling the shooting pain in my testicles 80%
i seen a neurologist for no feeling from ulnar nerve in hand.however he test couldnt show any intrapment or compression
jaw pain has been diagosed as tmj
ive recently been sent to duke hospital to another neurologist.they're preforming some
additional test. brain mri and another shock test.
it just doesnt seem like no doctor thinks of these
problem being connected.
im a 37 male w/no prior med problems..it just seems to that maybe their's on common donomanator

I would still follow up with where you are headed.. Just because one doctor may not know.. or can find a cause.. doesn't mean another wont.. Sad but true it does happen. In the mean time.. Why don't you also see an endocrinologist as well.. Just a feeling because of some of these things being Thyroid/gland related as well. Generally if a family doctor doesn't find a cause, they would refer one to see and endo.. I mean it can't hurt.. but is sure may work.. if it were me.. I would..
