i ve been having pain and weakness in my arms and legs

I've been having pain and weakness in my arms and legs/ hands feet for the past 3 months, day and night. My only other symptom is a bit of exhaustion because the discomfort can keep me up at night.

has anyone considered fibromyalgia?
Fibromyalgia is characterized by chronic muscle and tissue tenderness typically affecting certain trigger points. Sleep disturbance due to the discomfort is also usually present. It may be to your benefit to seek a rheumatology consultation
