for some reason all i want to do is sleep. im 22 male. i sleep for 7 -8 hours but for some reason i guess thats not enough. if it was up to me i could sleep the whole day through. this is not what i want. i eat right, i eat meat. what could be the reason for me wanting to sleep all the time

There are several causes for feeling tired. It could be Thyroid, sugar, hormones, anemia etc... I would suggest in seeing your doctor for a full blood work up which will give your doctor a clearer picture as to what is going on. Also if you have sleep apnea, this too can cause you to feel this way.
