My 1 month old child has been awake and crying off and

My 1 month old child has been awake and crying off and on for more than 24 hours. She will sleep but only 15-30 min. at a time, or if i take her for a car ride. What should i do?

Female , Age: 1 month ol

Already Tried:
I've tried giving her a bottle of warm water, tried feeding her changeing her then putting her to bed, car ride, rocking her to sleep, walking with her. None of this works, and if it does she only stays asleep for about 15-30 min.

Has your baby ever acted this way before?
What formula are your feeding? How much and how often? Or if nursing - how long and how often?
Where do you put her for sleep? Do you swaddle her?
Has she been sick recently?
What's her temperature? Take it when she is not crying if possible - hard to do , I know.
Does she cry if she is upright or laying down or does it not matter?
Is the crying continuous when she is awake?
Does she seem content when awake at all if you show her something?
Does she stop srying if you hold her?
I know it's a lot to answer but this will help me answer your question. Thanks.
