For 3 days I have had frequent diarrhea and constipation with severe abdominal pain. The pain I am having starts from my lower abdomen. The stabbing pain goes through my body and causes extreme discomfort ending at my anus. I can't sleep well due to pain. I'm most comfortable lying in the fetal position. I feel fatigiued and very irritable.I also have fever whenever I am having a bowel movement accompanied with sweats. Please help me understand what might be going on
