Hello,
I mentioned in my response, first sentence, "Sounds like the classical symtoms of CFS and fibryomalgia to me." Precisely what you describe is what patients with both of these disorders typically report.
If MS or other neurological disorder were suspected, I should think that your Dr. would have been referred to a neurologist for neurological evaluationand further diagnostic testing. People with MS typically report limb tingling, numbness, weakness, parasthesias, cannot feel their feet/legs at times, have balance problems, difficulty with vision, blurred vision, often report blindness. People with MS have remitting/relasping symptoms. MS can be confirmed (or refuted) with MRI because a MRI will show the demyelination of white matter of the spinal cord. If you told the Dr. the same symptoms that you have posted here, then I should hope if he/she suspected a neurological disease/diagnosis, that you would have been referred for further evaluation.
