Actually treatment depends upon what causes your sleep apnea Hun.
Which can be anywhere from a mouth piece to what they call a CPAP (which is like a mask)
Sometime removing tonsils can help too, but as I say. It really depends on what would cause it.
If you do a sleep test, they will determine what is causing it, and if it's lack of oxygen etc. then you will go back in for a CPAP to see if this helps, then you can order one..
