fatigue....have been talking in my sleep alot lateley.. have been having spasms and waking up inclear of what is hapeninging

You need to go to a neurolgoogist for an eeg to rule out seizures then get a sleep evaluation.

i have have no other neurological symptpms...just waking up talking and arm spasm occasionally during sleep and confusion...No seizures
