You need to be seen by a dentist.
Are you close by to a University Hosital? As they are teaching facilities, they usually have sliding fee scale dental clinics or often free clinics.
Call a few dentists and be up front, tell them that you need assistance, but have no insurance and limited funds. Often they will reduce the fee and make payment arrangements. It is worth asking.
You could also go to the ER as they can not refuse you, perhaps from there they can put you in touch with a free or low rate dental clinic.
The other option is to call your county health department on Monday and tell them you need a free clinic.

There is no way that this will heal by itself, you will only develop more serious problems.
