I am super senitivy to all medicine. I am a diabetic and usally control it with my diet. I have an injury from work . It is quite extensive. I am in a lot of pain 24/7 I don't get much sleep so when i am stressed or in pain my sugar levels are high 250 to 295 never over 300. My doctor tried starlix first and it didn't work,. Now I am taking glucophage 500 which for some reason is making my b/p high 160/100 it gives me a headache and my ears are plugged. I guess I have wandered for a long time because medicine doesn't work for me. My niece died of cystic fibrosious she was a dibetic due to the effect on the pancreas. I am a carrier of the gene. She took medicine to help her digest her food and regulate her levels. Can this be what is wrong with me. Am I a diabetic due to being a carrier? Could I possibly take something natural or a medicine that would help me digest my food and use it as fuel instead of turning it into high sugar levels? I have got to tell you I am very confused, I can not take medicine if I have a low level of pain and get some sleep my blood sugars are fine. So these pills are making me like a yoyo. I have dropped as low as 30 and that is very scarry. There was on time I blacked out in my car and woke up and it was dark out from low blood sugar. I would appreicate your in put into my condition.
