It can depend on what you are trying to come off of. Your best bet would be to try and come off of it slowly as to not suffer full withdrawl effects. Most all withdrawls are going to come with symptoms but you can lessen them by trying to keep some food on your stomach as you will have nausea and possible vomiting I would also take some Pepto-Bismol for the stomach upset as well. Take some Tylenol each morning to prevent the headaches from being too bad and try to sleep it off as much as you can as you will be irritable and most likely not want to be around anyone. It can vary with intensity depending on what you are coming off of but no matter what you do you will suffer the withdrawls the best thing to remember is to not start using again no matter what and how it makes you feel coming down as within 3-5 days you can get through it and be feeling alot better.
