Sent to Health Experts May 27, 2006 11:06 a.m.

I get a feeling of lethargy or fatigue or "out of energy" almost every day at approximately the same time. It comes on between 11 a.m. and 12.   It gets very severe,Can hardly get through the day. It usually subsides aroun 6:30 to 7 in the evening. Have seen doctors. They are stumped. Have had all the thyroid tests. They are all normal or near normal. Have had many other blood tests including glucose, thus diabetes has been ruled out. all other blood tests are normal. Stress levels are low to moderate, and do not seem to be playing a role.   I am going crazy trying to figure this out. Was hoping you could point me in a direction that has not been persued. It would be very much appreciated.   Thank you for your consideration        jrwhite189@aol.com

Since the most common causes have been ruled out via blood work and came back normal. There are two things. One make sure that the levels that came back were not in the low and/or high of "normal" as this still can indicate a problem. Also ask your doctor for a sleep apnea test. As if you have sleep apena, this can cause you to become as you describe.

As far as that blood work, if the case is that it is in the low/high of normal, follow up with an endocrinologist as they specialize in this area.

Best of luck, Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *accept* button!
