Yes I was wondering exactly what a fat knot is.....I have a knot on my back and doctors have told me that it is a fat knot and now the knot is going up the back of my neck....i was wondering is that common or should i get another opinion cause know I'm starting to get really bad headaches and when i sleep it is very uncomfortable
