Sent to Health Experts June 15, 2006 2:40 p.m.

Hello,

My father has sleep apnea. He has never been diagnosed, but my family knows. On june 2, 2006 my father quit breathing and was in a cold sweat. When paramedics arrived, my father was intubated. He had to be sudated shortly after while coming to somewhat in the ambulance. He staid in the hospital seven days and 5 which where he was sudated while intubated. After my father was released from the hospital he hasn't acting the same. Some of his speech is slurred and when he walks, he is very unbalanced. Is this just a side affect of medication or is this possibly brain damage.?
