I have sleep apnea I have been using a Cpap machine for two weeks and have not seen a difference in my daytime sleepyness. I recently went back to see the doctor for an up date and he said I was having angsity attacks because of the face mask.
And he percribed me Kolonapens it has now been a month and I am still sleepy and almost having wrecks on my way to work.
What do you think could be causes me to not see results?

In my experience, the biggest problem when people start CPAP is getting a good fit to the mask. Unless you have a good fit, you will end up with a leak which prevents the machine from doing the thing it is meant to do-maintain positive pressure in the airway to prevent the apnea.

One thing that helps some people get adjusted to the mask is using the mask while awake - to get over the anxiety of having something on your face - people get almost a claustrophobia type reaction to the masks

Also - the setting - pressure may need to be increased.

Also - for fatique - avoid caffeine since it can cause sleep problems. The Klonopin can cause drowsiness by itself.
