i have be felling ill for about 5 days , started on monday with strong stomach cramps and vomiting , light headed, weak. contunued all symtoms till thursday except did not vomit but felt like it ,seemed to be better thursday but still weak friday today about 2 am the nausia came back? is there a flu that is out there now that is going around , or is this something more serious?
