I have numbness and tingling off and on in my right ...

I have numbness and tingling off and on in my right arm. It seems to start from the shoulder. I will start having pain in my shoulder at the joint and I know that in a few minutes my arm and hand will start feeling numb and tingling. My hand feels like it will explode from preassure but, never appears to be swollen. Advil does help. This happens about 10 to 15 times a day. I was wandering if it is a pinched nerve?
