One thing that comes to mind is SLEEP APNEA - this condtion is more common in overweight individuals and can lead to high blood pressure, fluid accumulation (which might explain the rapid weight gain)

sorry but i had sleep study done and had an operation surgery to fix that.

im on disability insureence i can't aford to
pay for what doctors already sugested,sorry for taking up you're time.
