Ithis occurred first on June 1st this year.I went to sleep at 4 A.M.I woke up at around 7-45 am with a strange feeling in my head.In fact it was the feeling that woke me up.It was as if my body was moving up and down , the kind of feeling you get when you
jump up and down.It was mainly in the head.It was only a feeling. My body was not moving. Then after I woke up it went away. Then after three or four days it occurred again. This time even after I woke up it did not go away.It lasted the whole day.It has been occurring every now and then after that. The other day during sleep I felt as if my brain was violently rattling in my head.It woke me up.Its as if electricity was flowing.I can't exactly describe the feeling. When i sit in front of the television or a computer i get the same feeling i.e my body moving up and down. Its as if some pulses are going up my brain.when i am walking , doing work etc I don't seem to feel it that much. It's only when I sit watching TV, Computer etc that i feel it.During sleep it gets worse.I feel a kind of shivering inside my body during sleep when i get that feeling, although from the outside there is no shivering.Pls help me.
