BACK PAIN

I HAVE A NUMBING FEELING IN MY LOWER BACK,SEVERE BURNING AND INFLAMATION IN MY UPPER BACK, AND ABOUT MIDWAY IT FEELS AS IF I HAVE A KNIFE DIGGING IN MY BACK....NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO HELP ME BUT I AM MISERABLE ...CANT SLEEP WHAT DO I DO? HOW CAN I FIX THIS
