My son has been unusually sleepy for the past 24 hours

My son has been unusually sleepy for the past 24 hours along with excessive sleep he seems to have trouble keeping his balance when walking and playing. He is 19 months old and is currently running a fever of 101.5. He received his immunizations a little over a week ago. Could this be a possible reaction?
