I am having a pain in my upper back, left side, under my shoulder blade. i have also felt aches for the past several weeks, mostly in the center of my chest and in my arms (mainly left). the don't neccessarily hurt, just a constant soreness. i am tired and have a hard time motivated myself to do anything. i am sick of just not feeling myself.

Hi

Given your age and based upon what you have told me it is most likely to be muscular pain that you have.

I suggest you take ibuprofen 600mg three times per day plus acetominophen 1gram four times per day.

I would do this for one week.

If at the end of that week you felt you were no better off I'd advise you to see your Dr.

Hope this helps.
