A couple of months ago my mom had a full historectimy, also a few minor lifestyle changes. Her panic attacks have dramatically increased. All the symptoms leading straight for a mental/nervous breakdown are pretty much present. Then last night she had really bad attack, she was crying, depressed, and confused. We had to take her to the docor this morning and he gave her a shot and talked to her alone for a while. We went straight home and she went to bed and sleep for about 6 hours. When she woke up she had no recollection of the attack. When I realized this I was careful with the explination, knowing to treed lightly. Can you tell me the options of what kind of shots could have been used, and if this reaction is normal? Will her memory of the events return or just lost like in blackout?
