My eighteenth month old son pulled my four ...

My eighteenth month old son pulled my four month old daughter off of her bouncer, now she has a large knot on her head which is swollen as if the knot were full of fluid and is hairless, swollen, and has a large scab. The incident in question happend two days ago. Each day the injury on my daughter's head swells up more, to the point where there is no longer any hair on the particular spot. Is the swollen knot on my daughter's head something I should be seriously worried about?
