Ok about every few bowel movments I notice little like blood almost clots floating in the bowl I also seem to get usally the night before my heart races and I get wierd almost like pains in my head not a headache or migraine but more of a burning about the middle of my scalp....
Other things I get is Dots infront of my eyes....
Latley no matter how much sleep I get I am always tierd any advice....
