i took ibprofen about 2 hrs before i took a sleep aid ...

i took ibprofen about 2 hrs before i took a sleep aid unisom. i forgot i took the ibprofen before. can this effect my body badly?

No, this shouldn't hurt you, but it may be hard on your liver if done often.

No, there are no medicines that are similar. Both ibuprophen and tylenol are metabolized in the liver, so this could be taxing on the liver if done frequently.
