I have been having pain in my lower back and comes up to my stomach, along with nausea and vomitting and also chills. I can't sleep on my back or my stomach or lay down at all, I have to sit up to get relief but I still have the pain. I have been in remission for cervical cancer for 3 years now my doctor as ordered an ultra sound of my gall bladder. What could be wrong?
