I'm recently experiencing a "pins and needles" sensation in my small left toe on a consistent basis. I've never had this before. Additionally, when I sleep, if I sleep on my left side, the entire side seems to "go to sleep" which I believe is an indication of lack of blood flow. Can you help with what could possibly be happening?
