My grandson has thrown up while sleeping in the middle

My grandson has thrown up while sleeping in the middle of the night. Sometimes he will throw up at random during the daytime. This has happened three nights in 6 weeks and 2 days in 6 weeks. Could he be allergic to something?

What is the age of your grandson?

Does he complain of stomach ache, etc?

Does he have diarrhoea also?
