I have a herniated disk at L5-S1, also have been diagnosed with spondylothisesis(?), i have had a series of epidural shots to relieve the leg pain down my left leg. I have seen an improvement of around 75%. I still have pain when getting up from chairs, or when taking a step after standing still for a few minutes. I am now currently having a problem with my bowel movements, i have to go but cannot go completly, so i feel bloated most of the time. Also I have not had a solid night of sleep for about 10 months. I am so tired, I would like to know if you could tell me if the problem with my bowels could possibly be related to my back? They have me having a second MRI in about 3 weeks to see if my vertebre have moved more? What does this mean?
