why are my fingers and hands falling asleep and numb when I am sleeping.
After laying down for 10-15 minutes in any position. my fingers start to get numb and then my hands, like tingle fallen asleep numbness

Already Tried:
various vitamins such as niacin and equalizing the pressure

This sounds like a circulation issue that does need to be checked out, if you have not had any injures that could cause any nerve damage this can be a sign of improper circulation which could be from several possible causes so it would be best to have an examination and a stress test to rule this out. Especially if this has become chronic.
