My baby boy is two months old and he always falls ...

My baby boy is two months old and he always falls asleep on my chest and when i put him to sleep in is crib on his back he always wakes up and wont go back to sleep he sleeps longer on his stomach and loves that position he only sleeps when he is on his stomach or when he is in he swing but i am afraid of sids what should i do
